BELGRADE - Fund Manager at GIZ Open Regional Fund for South-East Europe Modernization of Municipal Services section Christophe Di Marco told Tanjug Wednesday that thanks to a new software for electronic issuance of building permits, Serbia could become better than Germany in that field.

Di Marco led the ceremony of delivering the system installation package to Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic together with Director of the Swiss Cooperation Office in Serbia Isabel Perich at the 10th NALED Annual Assembly Meeting today.

Germans offer 2500 Euro salary for this job. Are you ready to start working?

The e-permit system is a very important project for Serbia, as people will be able to get the decision much sooner than before, said Di Marco.

This is a very big deal for investments and also very important when it comes to transparency, as people will be able to monitor the progress of their application through the system, Di Marco said.

With this system, Serbia could even beat Germany in this field. For example, Macedonia already uses such a system and is second in Europe when it comes to building permits, ahead of Germany. We can the same result in Serbia, Di Marco said.
