The proof that this success didn’t come by chance was the recent spectacular fashion show which was held at the residence of the Serbian ambassador in Paris within the prestigious event “Serbia Fashion Day”.

Being a native Lebanese, Dia has been uniting cultural heritage with contemporary trends for years and creating unique pieces which reflect elegance and luxury.

He had the privilege to close the event with his fashion show whose author and producer was Vesna de Vinca, a well-known journalist who was the last person to interview the legendary Nelson Mandela.

This is what Dia said about the entire cooperation:

The entire project exudes elegance and exclusiveness which is what I insist on. This beautiful palace residence of the Embassy of Serbia immediately attracted me with its energy. Since I am obsessed with the image and style of Grace Kelly, I knew that my collection with its purple details will fit perfectly with the concept “Serbia, land of lilac” of our dear Vesna de Vinca. It didn’t take too much time for me to think and accept Vesna’s invitation to be the special guest of this event. I am delighted with the presence of the princesses at this fashion day, primarily with the presence of Princess Barbara Karageorgevich.

I am impressed with the fact that so many reputable invitees were in the audience, nobles, diplomats, artists and important persons of Paris fashion scene. Also, the media. I haven’t seen so many media representatives at a single event recently. Bravo!”

It is important to say that this fashion show was honored by the presence of twenty ambassadors and numerous members of the diplomatic corps from the world's fashion capital, representatives of the aristocracy from all over the world, celebrities from the fashion and culture world of France and accredited journalists from over 50 media organizations from all over Europe.

This unique event was dedicated to HRH Aleksandar Pavlov Karageorgevich, co-founder of the project "Serbia, land of lilac". The eponymous book by the author Vesna de Vinca was translated into French and the promotion was held before the fashion show which was directed by Serbian supermodel Sladjana Tesla. The entire program was completed in the residence backyard, which is where, in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower and in the name of all present, HRH Princess Barbara Karageorgevich the successor to the royal family of Liechtenstein, planted a lilac.
