Besides Albanian brides, Serbia can boast with brides from Cuba. Namely, Loznica became a home for two girls from Havana, who were ready to cross a thousand of kilometers for love.

First of all, Daylis Santa Cruz arrived in the family of Dragan Aleksic, who recently gave birth to a child, reports Informer.

Juraima Chape Ortis followed her footsteps.

She met her husband Pavle Radovic in Havana, during travel.

- I immediately fell in love with him and I decided to move to Loznica. We married quickly and now I don't want to go anywhere - she explains and adds that it wasn't easy at the beginning.

- Everybody looked at me in the street, which wasn't so comfortable. They looked at me as if I was from another planet. But I am used to it now and they are to me. I already have a lot of friends and they are all kind to me, they help me a lot with Serbian language and I speak it very well now - said Juraima.

Traditionally, she had most problems with her mother-in-law.

- She expected that Pavle will marry a girl from Serbia. When she saw me, she didn't like it. After some time she relaxed a bit. It is great for me that she lives in Canada, so she is not often in Loznica - she confesses through a smile.

She had difficulties with Serbian specialties because the food was strong and heavy.

She got used to it in the mean time, and not only does she enjoy herself, but she knows how to prepare rolled cabbage and moussaka. Besides that, she likes enjoyment, and the atmosphere is similar to Cuba.

- I was a Salsa teacher there and I intend on continuing that here. I see that a lot of people are dancing to this in Serbia, and they learned the steps very well. Now I am learning to dance with Kolo and I am very good at it. We are constantly making some jokes and laughing here. I like that Serbs are cordial and they want to help. Serbia is definitely my new home - said Daylis for Informer.
