Dalibor is a pedophile hunter on the internet: He decided to talk all about the horrible child pornography he saw (VIDEO)

Dalibor Vlaho from Djakovo in Croatia, the founder of the Education Center and Violence prevention and an operative in the Operation center, works on discovering child pornography content and pedophilia every day, but also on their removal and detection of predators in seven countries.

12 operatives are performing those tasks, and Vlaho is one of them, he is dedicating all of his time to reveal the identity of the predator/pedophile that lurk the internet. He is working on developing new methods and techniques for discovering them.

He is "online" 24 hours a day, there are no holidays nor free days, but he is happy with what he does. 12 operatives discovered over 1.700 perpetrators.

Vlaho openly said that he is entering the last circle of hell by opening the darkest and the most twisted part of the internet.

- We are currently focused on Darknet, particularly in the last two months (although we also monitor Clearnet), because the content there is so disgusting that only the sickest minds can publish something like that and have discussions.

- We search the Darknet by ourselves, without reports, because we realized that many users report all kinds of stuff and that causes a great problem because we don't have time to search other people's guesses and assumptions - said Vlao for the "Glas Slavonije".

He claims that the operatives are constantly living "in a world between worlds".

- There are things that happen in this world that are really hard to understand how are they even possible. In this moment, you have only a bit more than one percent of what you know of www-internet. In the shadow of the ocean known as the deep wide web (Deep Web), there is a dark network (Darknet): a digital network for global black market and fast internet tunnel to hell. That can be one of the places where you can go and where you can't find the exit - said Vlaho.

You easily reach there, said Vlaho. You need a special software which is available to everybody, unfortunately. It is a simple browser that opens the door of Darknet. A normal person would be sick from some of the things you can see there.

- There are no rules, the content is horrible, to say the least. That is a content that would leave serious consequences to mental health with some people. The content that simply makes you want to vomit. Here's an example: "How to be a pedophile and how to establish an emotional connection with a child" the name of the guide we have discovered on the Darknet, which is written on over 170 pages. The manual describes in detail how to have intercourse with a four-year-old girl. The manual has pictures of a girl with no censure. It is free for users, but if someone wants additional explanations, that is 29 dollars - you pay in BTC currency (bitcoin) - then the user has access to the video content with the demonstration of the act itself. Terrible - said Vlaho with disgust.

When they find a site with that kind of content, the removal process is difficult.

- Looking at the Darknet, you don't come across a page like that, every other click is yours. And there are thousands of them. The procedure of eventual removal is really difficult and it doesn't happen overnight. Many think that it is a process "go in/go out", but it's not. It takes a lot of time, knowledge and skill to remove something like that, especially from a place like Darknet. People, as it usually goes, live in misconception. Although we keep track, it's hard to tell how much of what we removed, but it is abnormal amount of photos, videos and other documents that are closely related to child pornography and/or pedophilia -- said Vlaho and adds that they report discovered and identified cases to the Croatian Ministry of Internal affairs, and the great number of reports go to the FBI - Dalibor Vlaho said.

- With the use of common sense, the internet is a safe place for the users full of entertaining and educational content, but you have to know what to do with it - concludes Vlaho.
