The man around 60 years old from Stara Pazova died when he was sick at the stadium. Despite the quick reactions of doctors from Anlava clinic, who transported him to the emergency center in three minutes, he has passed away in 22:10.
According to the doctor Slobodan Ivanovic, the owner of Anlava clinic, he was sick even before the game in front of the stadium. The doctors helped him and they advised him not to go to the game due to his condition and high-stress risk.
He didn't listen to them. He wanted to be the witness of the creation of Red Star history and its placement into European competition after 25 years. The last time he experienced that was when he was 35 years old.
Unfortunately, he didn't live to celebrate with other fans and his beloved club.

Red Star secured the second place in the group H with and thus secured going to the knockout phase. They will get their next opponent after the draw which will take place on Monday, December 11.
