TEAR GAS was thrown when a member of the Serbian list entered the Kosovo Parliament: The vote on the disputed law was obstructed once again

Members of the Self-Determination threw a tear gas in the Parliament for the second time and they obstructed the voting on the ratification agreement on demarcation of the borderline with Montenegro. At the moment when the president of the Parliament of Kosovo invited the members to vote, a few members of the Self-Determination threw tear gas again and Veseli paused the session.

The members of Serf-Determination activated tear gas before at the moment when a member of the Serbian list Adem Hodzaj entered the hall, which provided the conditions for the voting on the demarcation law. 

According to the information, the tear gas was thrown from a part of the parliament where the leader of Self Determination is sitting, Albin Kurti. 

Portal gazetaexpress.com published the information yesterday that the members of the Self-Determination brought the tear gas to the parliament and that there is a real possibility that they will use it.

The member of the Self-Determination Albulena Hadzui dismissed the speculation as inaccurate.

The member of the parliament Iljir Deda said that 19 members of the Self Determination can't stop the will of the majority of the members and that the law will be surely ratified today.

The president of the Parliament of Kosovo Kadri Veseli talked this morning with the ambassadors of the EU countries accredited on Kosovo and with the head of the EU office Nataliya Apostolova on the ratification agreement on demarcation.

After the meeting, Veseli said that the question on the demarcation of the borderline between Kosovo and Montenegro will be finally solved, to stop blocking the perspective of the Kosovo citizens, in the liberalization of visas and European integrations.

80 out of 120 members of the Parliament of Kosovo are needed to vote the law.

The discussion in the Parliament of Kosovo has anded one hour after the midnight, and the continuation of the session was announced for 11 AM.
