This law is derived from the need to harmonize solutions related to the speed limit on the highway with most of the countries of the European Union, hence the speed of 120 km/h prescribed by our legislation has been increased by 10 km/h to 130 km/h.

At today's session, the Government made the decision to apply the Special Collective Agreement for the work engagement of music artists and performers in hospitality to the employers who are not the members of the Union of Employers of Serbia and who did not participate in its conclusion.

The adoption of this decision provides equal conditions for the working engagement of the performers of music program with all employers in the Republic of Serbia, which prevents the gray economy in that area.

The decision will significantly contribute to the more efficient protection of the work and music rights of the performer of the musical program, as well as the work of experts and associates in the field of music.
