Ivan Pavlovic (32) who shot from an automatic weapon on Sunday at 3 AM on the square of King Milan, wounding 5 people in the process, got out on probation period on April 25th from the Correction Facility where he was serving 5 years and two months long sentence for more than 14 crimes.

The driver from hell hit children and killed little Aleksa on Divcibare. Was he driving his child in the back seat?

He was supposed to leave prison in December but the Higher court adopted the request of his defense and allowed the probation.

Ivan started shooting at Aleksandar Dj. (30), security worker of "Manila", angry because he was thrown outside of the bar for harassing the employees. A police officer, Milos Milosevic (31) prevented any major victims, he grabbed him by the barrel of the Kalashnikov, and he received 9 gunshots into both legs. His colleagues used the weapons, they wounded the attacked into the leg and he was arrested. The search is still ongoing for the two of his friends who were also involved in the bloody clash.

If the police officer didn't lower the barrel of the rifle, we would have had a far larger massacre.

As we found out, Ivan has committed many criminal acts with elements of violence. However, the used the weaknesses of the judicial system to get out without or with minimal sentences.

- He was given a suspended sentence in 2016 for causing general danger because he hit a man in the face with a gun and then he shot into the ceiling in a club nine years ago in the village Popovac. He was trialed for the attempt of robbery in 2011 in the toilet of a Chinese mall, where he beat up a man who managed to escape them. He was sentenced for that and he complained to the prosecution.

- The higher court issued a unique sentence of five years and two months for violent behavior, illegal possession of weapons and helping in a criminal act. He was in prison from January 28th 20155, and his defense asked for a parole in February denied it, but the  Court of Appeal abolished that decision and asked for a new decision making - After that, the Higher court approved the parole, which implied that Ivan should report to the police every 1st and 15th in the month - our sources from the investigation said.

However, Ivan continued to rage on his parole. As it was determined, he was carrying an automatic rifle in the car which he used to go out to the city, and he reached for it as soon as he got the first opportunity which could cost many people of Nis their lives, if it weren't for the brave officer Milos Milosevic who opposed him barehanded.
