According to the Croatian media, this was not the first time that a dead dolphin was washed ashore near Sibenik and the area. It has happened several times in the past 10 years near Primosten, Rogoznica, in the St. Anta channel...

To recall, there was a group of around 50 dolphins spotted near Kornat and it is considered that they are regionally extinct species that no longer stay in the Adriatic sea.

According to the portal Sibenik.in, there are more and more of these wonderful animals that live in the Sibenik Aquarium, and they have been spotted over 15 times this summer in the sea.
