China abolishes visas for Serbs from New Year for up to 30 days stays (PHOTO)

There are no more than 1.000 Serbs in China living in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen

Serbian citizens wont be needing visas from New Year for staying in China up to 30 days. Thus, the most populous country in the world opened the doors of the fastest growing economies in the world, but so far very few of our citizens took advantage of its potential, writes Blic.

Unlike the Chinese, who live and operates in Serbia, there are not even a 1.000 Serbs in China. Those who decided for this country to be their temporary or permanent place of work, mostly do teaching, and dominantly teaching English language, or trade on the relation Balkan - China.

There are architects, but also basketball and football coaches who work from the pioneer teams to professional first league clubs. The staff of Serbian embassy and the consulate should be added to this number, as well as students, mostly of Chinese language who received a scholarship - said Zoran Bogdanovic, president of Serbian - Chinese business club.

Bogdanovic has been living and working in China for the last two decades and he said that the most people from Serbia living here are stationed in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
