Vice president of the Serbian government and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic said today that Kosovo President Hashim Thaci continues with provocations after his idea of forming the, so-called, Army of Kosovo experienced a debacle, he tries to transfer the attention of the domestic public to the another theme - the lawsuit against Serbia for genocide.

Thaci: We will press charges against Serbia for genocide

In a written statement to the media, Dacic says that it is particularly known that Serbia has not committed genocide in Kosovo, but the KLA committed genocide against the Serbian people.

The fact that there are less Serbs on Kosovo and Metohija today than it was in 1999 testify to that claim.

After all, even the Hague tribunal's prosecution never accused Serbia of genocide, but the Special Court for crimes of the KLA has been formed, said Dacic, adding:

- So the criminals from KLA will go to the court, not Serbia -

Dacic also said that Thaci knows that's not going to happen, because, so-called, Kosovo is not the member of UN and it has no rights to sue anyone on the international court in Hague.

He mentioned that the law about forming the Kosovo military has been withdrawn under pressure from the international community.
