(LIVE) Vucic welcomes Armenia's president: Their face-to-face meeting begins

Armenian President Armen Sarkissian is on an official visit to Serbia until October 5, and is hosted by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

10:45 - Face-to-face meeting between the two presidents has started.

The meeting started after the welcoming of the president of Armenia and the delegation that he heads, which includes Foreign Minister Artak Apitonyan and numerous businessmen. The topics of discussion, apart from deepening political and economic relations, will be cooperation in the IT sector, as well as the opening of the Serbian embassy in Yerevan.

10:30 - A ceremonial welcome in front of the Palace of Serbia.

The president of Serbia organized a welcome for the president of Armenia in front of the Palace of Serbia, with the Guard of the Serbian Army, a red carpet and the soundiing of the anthems of the two countries.
