The latest information about coronavirus cases and deaths has been announced at a press conference of the Crisis HQ

By far the largest number of coronavirus cases are in Belgrade, Kraljevo and Novi Sad. The situation is calming down in Sabac and Novi Pazar, Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said at today's press conference of the Crisis HQ.

"This increase in the number of infected people is a consequence of the protests we had, that is the bill coming up to be paid. For me, this is expected, so it's easier to deal with those numbers. We had a somewhat more stable Belgrade, then we had an increase in the numbers today and yesterday. The situation has worsened in the last two days, and it is realistic that we will soon again see a drop in the number of infected people because the highest percentage of patients are in Belgrade. The reason for optimism is that the citizens are disciplined, they respect all measures and they have heard the appeals of the Crisis HQ," said Brnabic.

"We will see the result of the measures we have taken. We have adopted new measures that will come into force tomorrow," Brnabic mentioned.
