The office of the president of the provisional institutions of Pristina has requested that the so-called Assembly urgently passes a resolution banning Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti from negotiating about what is said to be "Kosovo's internal affairs and issues threatening internal order," Koha reports.

According to the office of the president of the provisional institutions, the Assembly must urgently address the "dangerous step" of the government in the Brussels dialogue.

Opening the topics regarding minority rights and the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) in the Brussels dialogue is referred to by the cabinet as "a big and dangerous mistake," reports Kosovo Online.

The claim is made that this is a "blow to Kosovo" and a violation of "sovereignty." The presidency said that these issues have been resolved in the Ahtisaari package, but also within the Brussels Agreement from April 2013 and a decision of the Constitutional Court.

"Therefore, no one has the mandate to speak on behalf of Kosovo on topics that have been closed, in Brussels or anywhere else. Kosovo cannot and at no cost will it ever allow the creation of a political entity on its territory, which would be a reproduction of the Serb Republic in the territory of Kosovo," said a statement.

The statement added that the talks with Belgrade about property rights are "contrary to the Constitution and laws of Kosovo and represent a violation of sovereignty."
