Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, people around the world seem to be competing to invent the most original protective mask. They put bags, underwear on their heads, make masks out of sanitary napkins... However, no matter how original they are, they couldn't even approach this citizen of Belgrade who became a real hit because of his ingenuity.

Namely, a middle-aged man with a very unusual mask was filmed in downtown Belgrade. The mask, he believes, protects him from coronavirus.

The red mask with slits for the eyes and hoses hanging out like elephant trunks has made many people laugh.

"I bought a hose, cut it, bought rabbit wire, put it inside, covered it with plastic, made cutouts for the eyes, put in cellophane so there's no contact, and here it is," the gentleman explained how he made this very unusual mask.

As for how exactly this mask protects him - see the video at the top of the page.
