The newly elected Prime Minister of the Provisional Institutions in Pristina Albin Kurti said last night that from that day he was the prime minister of all citizens and thanked those who voted for him, at the same time calling for "unity against Serbia", reports Pristina's Koha Ditore.

"We must be united against Serbia. We will demand a parliamentary debate to the point of exhaustion. We need to find coordination for the future of the children. We must find that in the security sector as well. We will also ask for coordination for the health insurance fund," Kurti said in his first address after the vote.

He added that his government would cooperate with the opposition and civil society.

"This is a big responsibility, so you are expected to be well prepared. We will be guided by principles and faith. You have to work as long as you have the mandate to prove that you are deserving of the position you have been appointed to," Kurti said in his first address after he the vote.

He added that political parties should be in the service of citizens.

The Serb List should have the Ministry of Communities and Returns, which, if voted by the government, would be headed by Goran Rakic.
