Members of the traffic police in Belgrade excluded a 24-year-old man from traffic last night for driving under the influence of psychoactive substances, and without a driver's license.

Around 2 am, the police stopped a Volkswagen Passat driven by the 24-year-old in Zemunska Street, the Ministry of the Interior announced.
Further checks revealed that he drove without a driver's license, and he tested positive for cannabis.
