The Belgrade police are looking for the attacker who set fire to a Mercedes GLE worth around 100,000 euros in Zvezdara, Belgrade, early Sunday morning, it has been confirmed for Telegraf.rs.

The expensive vehicle is owned by L.R. (50), who owns a Belgrade flower shop.

As Telegarf.rs has learned, the case been taken over by the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade.

"The damaged party, L.R. told the police she did not receive threatening messages or was involved in any disputes. The only problem were disagreements with a former partner over division of property. The police took footage from cameras on the surrounding buildings in order to track down the arsonist," says our source.

According to our information, the luxury vehicle was fully insured.

Yesterday, three hours after midnight, a car exploded in Kulina Bana Street in Zvezdara. The Mercedes burned down completely, while the surrounding vehicles were also damaged.
