Villages near Prijepolje are paradise on earth: For some, it's a home, and for others, a tourist revelation

In the territory of the municipality of Prijepolje, near the village of Jabuka, close to the border between Serbia and Montenegro, are the villages of Gornje and Donje Babine.

Although they are not on tourist maps, because tourism in this corner of Serbia is not developed, whoever visits these villages once always wants to come back.

For some, they are the home that they carry in their hearts for the rest of their lives, and for others, they are a tourist discovery revealing unbelievably beautiful nature, clean air, friendly hosts, excellent traditional food, and above all, the peace and quiet that everyone who lives in the city longs for.

The wide slopes dotted with trees at an altitude exceeding 1,200 meters above sea level, beckon you to get to know them step by step. Both your body and soul will be grateful for that walk - you'll breathe like you haven't in a long time, and the landscapes you'll see will remain with you forever.

The nature in Gornje and Donje Babine is like something out of most beautiful postcards, the kind we stopped sending a long time ago, but which we still remember for decades...
