A Serbian citizen, 30, was detained in Vienna on Wednesday after police caught him dressed as Santa Claus while in the middle of an artistic performance without the necessary permit.
The Serbian, who played a saxophone in the well-known Karntner Street dressed as Santa, got in trouble after as many as 13 false licenses for public performance were found in his possession.

According to local media, the Serb was previously arrested several times for the same crime.
Namely, artists in Vienna must pay a fee in order to obtain a license for public performance in the city's districts. Those who, like our fellow citizen, don't - bear the legal consequences.
