Operation Armageddon nets 10 pedophiles who lured minor to take nude photos and videos and have sex

The suspects are being detained for up to 48 hours and will be brought before the prosecutor's office along with a criminal complaint

Members of the Ministry of the Interior, SBPOK's Department for Suppression of High-Tech Crime, in cooperation with the Special Prosecutor's Office for Combating High-Tech Crime of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade have arrested 10 people as part of ongoing Operation Armageddon.

They are suspected of showing, acquiring and possessing pornographic material and exploiting a minor for pornography, exploiting a computer network or communication by other technical means in order to commit criminal offenses against sexual freedom of a minor and sexual harassment.

Those arrested are T.G. (64) from Bor, E.S. (29) from Tutin, M.R. (28) from Niska Banja, S.S. (28) from Vranje, B.M. (69) from Svilajnac, D.B. (51) from Sabac, as well as M.F. (51) from Smederevo, R.Z. (62) from Becej, D.M. (60) from Uzice and Z.DJ. (56) from Adrandjelovac, while the criminal complaint will also include a 57-year-old male from Loznica.

It is suspected that they contacted the minor via Facebook from an account they used, and demanded that she take nude photos and videos of herself and then send it to them.

The suspects are also accused of sending the minor pornographic photos and videos and arranging a meeting with her with intent of having sex.

The suspects are being detained for up to 48 hours and will be brought before the prosecutor's office along with a criminal complaint.
