                The Republic Geodetic Authority (RGZ) announced today that the most expensive square meter in a new building in Serbia in the first half of this year was once again in Belgrade Waterfront, where an apartment was sold for 9,545 euros per square meter.

When it comes to old construction, the highest price per square meter was 4,902 euros in the Belgrade municipality of Stari Grad, for a 66 square meter apartment.
The most expensive apartment sold in the first half of 2022 has 349 square meters, is located in a new building in Savski Venac, and cost 1.53 million euros.
The most expensive house was also sold in Savski Venac for 2.9 million euros, according to RGZ.
