N.D., a 31-year-old man from Vranje was arrested by the police on suspicion that he committed the criminal acts of grievous bodily harm and abuse and torture.

He is suspected of having physically attacked two minors yesterday, near a cafe in Vranje, eventually punching one in the nose and inflicting serious injuries on the girl.
N.D. then ran away, but the police soon found and arrested him.
By the order of the public prosecutor from the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Vranje, the suspect is now detained for up to 48 hours and will be brought to the prosecutor's office with a criminal complaint.
