The Montenegrin police blocked the town of Bar after Edmond Mustafa, who is associated with the Skaljari Clan criminal gang, was brutally murdered.

The incident happened this morning around 9:20.
One or more persons fired at least ten shots at Mustafa from a moving motorcycle, after which they fled the scene.
Mustafa was killed while standing on a corner, and reportedly a woman was in his company.
The investigation is ongoing as the Montenegrin police are looking for the shooters.
