About a dozen people gathered around a cyclist who was knocked down in New Belgrade this morning by a falling construction site fence.

He was still lying motionless while an ambulance was expected to arrive.
Right next to him was the fence that knocked him down while he was riding his bike.
Our reporter at the scene said that the structure collapsed due to strong wind.
According to eyewitnesses, the young man is not in critical condition and has a slight leg injury.
