A woman has been murdered in the suburban Kragujevac settlement of Koricani. The suspected perpetrator of the murder is her ex-husband.

The body of the victim was found this morning around 10:00 near a car parked outside the settlement, and according to unofficial information, there were about a dozen stab wounds to her chest, abdomen and back.
The suspect then attempted suicide by cutting his neck and was transported to the Kragujevac University Clinical Center in serious condition.
The investigation is still ongoing.
According to unofficial information, the suspect was previously reported for domestic violence, and on May 5 a court issued a restraining order against him.
