According to the Avaz website, the court ruled on a request filed by Milorad Dodik's legal representatives to replace the prison sentence with a fine, and after the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina made its stance known, the request was approved.
"The prison sentence has been replaced by a fine," the court has reportedly announced.
Previously, the same court found RS President Milorad Dodik guilty and sentenced him to one year in prison and a six-year ban on political activity.
