By order of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade (VTJ), the Special Department for Combating High-Tech Crime, the police detained B.V., a 40 year-old from Leskovac.

B.V. can be held in police custody for up to 48 hours, and he is suspected of making threats against VTJ Chief Prosecutor Nenad Stefanovic in a post on X, dated August 15.
The suspect is charged with the criminal offense of endangering safety from Article 138, paragraph 3, of Serbia's Criminal Code.
The Leskovac resident is suspected of posting a photo of Nenad Stefanovic, along with the following message: "There's no need to ID you! You will hang, your treasonous sectarian scumbag!"
