According to this, a 16-year-old boy is suspected of raping a 12-year-old girl, while his friend filmed the act. Then a third, 14-year-old boy got hold of the video, and proceeded to blackmail the girl into having a relationship with him.
"On November 24, 2025, police officers in Ohrid detained a 16-year-old male from Ohrid on suspicion that on November 12, 2025, he had sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old girl from Ohrid, while another minor was filming the act. The footage was then found by a 14-year-old from Ohrid, who was blackmailing the girl to be with him, or else he would publish the video. Measures are being taken to find this minor as well," the police statement said.
The girl underwent a medical examination and was interviewed by police officers and social workers in the presence of her parents, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.
In consultation with the public prosecutor, appropriate indictments will be filed against the perpetrators, they added.
