Even though he was old and sick even then, Tito showed up on the 1980 New Year celebration at the "Park" hotel in the city of Novi Sad.
This man, who is allegedly the one to blame for the death of tens of thousands of people is shown as sick and frail in the video because he could not even stand up from the chair.
His friends, or lieges, as many people would say, congratulated him and wished him for a happy new year, but Tito could not even stand up.
