The Macedonian parliament yesterday ratified the North Atlantic Treaty with 114 votes in favor and none against
President of North Macedonia Stevo Pendarovski today signed a decree on the Law on Ratification of the North Atlantic Treaty, an act that formally makes North Macedonia a member of NATO.
"We've been waiting for this for almost 30 years, but it has paid off. Congratulations to us," Pendarovski said after signing the decree, according to a statement from his cabinet delivered to Tanjug.

The Macedonian parliament yesterday ratified the North Atlantic Treaty with 114 votes in favor and none against.
After the protocol is adopted by the Spanish parliament as well, North Macedania will officilly become the 30th member of the Alliance.
