This morning around 5 o'clock a serious accident happened in Kisac near Novi Sad, writes nsuzivo.rs.

A woman (53), the driver of a Fiat Punto, lost control of the vehicle to then hit a pole and a bus, after which she landed in a canal next to the road.

The vehicle was completely smashed, so firefighters had to cut through it to save the injured woman.

As the spokesman of the Novi Sad emergency service Zoran Krulj said for our portal, their team intervened at around 5:13 am.

The woman was transported to the Clinical Center of Vojvodina (KCV) for further diagnosis, as she suffered severe bodily injuries in the form of polytrauma.
