A 34-year-old Nis man damaged five vehicles parked in Jovana Skerlica Street this morning. As we find out, he destroyed the windows on the vehicles with a screwdriver. He was reported to the police by the citizens, and a patrol found him at the scene at around 4.30 am and prevented him from continuing his vandalist feast.

"A small amount of marijuana was found in the suspect's possession, so criminal charges will be filed against him under regular procedure for unauthorized possession of narcotics. The owners of the vehicle have the right to prosecute him via a private criminal complaint for damaging and destroying someone else's property," said our sources familiar with this case.
