Shooting in Pancevo: Partizan football fan killed in clash between supporter groups

T.S. (24), known in Pancevo as a fan of Partizan FC, was killed in a shooting in Starcevo. The initial results of the investigation indicate that several members of football supporter groups had a verbal and physical confrontation in Starcevo last night, writes Pink TV.

On that occasion, a thus far unknown person fired a large number of bullets from a firearm. One bullet hit Stojanovic in the stomach. After that Marko M. (39) drove the seriously wounded Stojanovic to the Healthcare Center in Pancevo in his car.

The young man was transported to the hospital, where he died. According to unofficial information, a 20-year-old man, a participant in the clash, hit the person who fired from a weapon with his car. That car was found with a broken windshield.

A large number of shell casings were found at the scene of the shooting. The victim had a police record. On the order of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Pancevo, the police are working intensively to identify all participants in the clash and arrest the killer.

Some of the participants in the showdown have already been identified. Also, the motive of the conflict is being determined, and is assumed to have had a criminal-supporter background.
