The bodies of four men from Aleksinac, who died in a car accident in Germany on June 22, arrived in this Serbian town today.

The relatives of Nikola Stankovic waited for the hearse with the remains in dignified silence in the chapel at the New Cemetery.

Mother Olivera and father Dejan hugged and kissed his coffin while his uncle Boban was taken ill, so friends and family had to take him outside.

Nikola will be laid to rest tomorrow at the New Cemetery. The bodies of the other victims were transported to their home villages of Luzane and Moravac.

Nikola Stankovic (31), Srdjan Asanovic (44), Milos Utkovic (33) and Milan Lepojevic (27) died in a car accident in Germany, when their BMW collided directly with a truck. The tragic news left four grieving families, who found out about the deaths of their loved ones through the media.
