President of the Socialist Party of Serbia Ivica Dacic has announced that a book of condolence will be opened today on the occasion of the death of Milutin Mrkonjic.

All citizens will be able to sign it from 11 am at the SPS headquarters on Studentski Square in Belgrade.
A book of condolence will be opened in all provincial, city and municipal boards of the SPS.
The honorary president of the SPS, Milutin Mrkonjic, passed away on Saturday in Belgrade at the age of 79.
