Members of the Ministry of the Interior (MUP) in Despotovac, while conducting a traffic check, stopped a 44-year-old driver of a Toyota who was driving under the influence of a number of psychoactive substances.

The patrol excluded him from traffic because he was driving under the influence of the illegal drug cocaine, as well as benzodiazepines (anti-anxiety medication), and buprenorphine (an opioid).
The driver has been detained for up to 12 hours and a misdemeanor report will be filed against him according to the Law on Road Traffic Safety.
