The police reacted after a disturbing video emerged showing a merry-go-round at a fair in Ovca, a Belgrade suburb, with the chairs moving above the road, and children in them swinging close to passing cars.

The traffic police, in cooperation with the Communal Police, identified the owner of the merry-go-round, a 50-year-old man.
The merry-go-round was removed just before 11 am, and a misdemeanor complaint was filed against the owner.
As we have learned, he was given a deadline of only 30 minutes to remove the dangerous contraption.
