He commented on oil prices after the OPEC Plus decision to cut oil production.
"I guess because Saudi Arabia could not come to an agreement with the US... The question is for how long the whole world, including us, will be paying that price," Vucic said during a tour of the reconstructed road Novi Pazar-Tutin.
