Tutin has been hit by floods, and once again the question of the responsibility, including that of the town's leaders, arose - whether all preventive measures had been taken.

That's why for days the public has been focused on a building that was built above a riverbed, no less. Looking at the photos, the scene seems surreal.

As announced by Minister of Construction Goran Vesic the Republic Construction Inspection has already sent a request to the municipality of Tutin this morning to submit complete documentation in the matter of issuing a building permit for the structure.

"This building has existed for nine years and, believe it or not, at the time, they (the owners) were issued a building permit by the municipality. That was not enough, so they added more, so now the building is illegal," said Vesic.

The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia will launch the administrative-legal supervision process concerning the work of the competent body of the municipality of Tutin in order to review the procedure for issuing a building permit for the business facility built over the Vidrenjak River, he announced.
