Argentina's great success at the World Cup in Qatar was celebrated outside of that country as well, thousands of kilometers away from home - in Belgrade!

A small but cheerful group of Argentians gathered quickly after the spectacular match during which their national squad beat France. They were seen on Belgrade's Republic Square, where they chanted to Argentina, Messi, Maradona, celebrated and sang at the top of their lungs, like only they know how to do.

Somebody brought a framed picture of the Argentinian icon Diego Armando Maradona, and placed it at the pedestal of the monument to Serbian Prince Mihailo, because one can't do without Maradona - football celebrations cannot go without remembering the greatest of all time.

The singing Argentinians immediately aroused the curiosity of passers-by, who liked what they saw and greeted this group either with a smile, or by raising their arms.
