"I'll slit your throat once you're out of that uniform": This is how a policeman was threatened in Nis

Two suspects have been detained for up to 48 hours

Two men from the vicinity of Nis have been arrested for assaulting an on-duty police officer.

By an order of the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office, M.M. (35) and B.C. (39) have been detained.

"M.M. is suspected of hitting a policeman while he was assisting an ambulance crew, while B.C. pushed his colleague away and threatened him," the Nis police announced.

We have learned that the police were assisting a medical team while they were taking care of a psychiatric patient, while M.M. and B.C. got involved without any reason. On that occasion, B.C. said to the policeman:

"I will slit your throat once you are out of that uniform!"

Both have been detained for up to 48 hours, after which they will be brought before the competent prosecutor.
