President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic told a press conference that he will sign a ban on export of weapons next week.

According to him, this is the national interest of Serbia, in order to protect itself from possible aggression.
"And everything necessary needs to be ready in case of an aggression against the Republic of Serbia. All logistics preparations need to be carried out," Vucic said.
He noted that, when it comes to banning export of Serbian arms and ammunition, checks will be done to ascertain what the (current) contracts stipulate.
