There are 51 firefighters with 15 vehicles on the ground

The first helicopter that was sent to help the firefighters who are putting out a horrific fire in Block 70 in New Belgrade started the intervention around 9:10 am.

The video taken by our reporters shows the moment the water is released from the tank.

Earlier, a helicopter was circling the shopping mall on fire, moving through the thick smoke. The police warned people that a firefighting intervention from the air would follow and moved them into the wider zone of the fire.

The firefighting helicopters deployed this mornng are: Bell 212, Kamov, and H145.

There are 51 firefighters with 15 vehicles on the ground who have been working at the scene since 7 o'clock this morning.
