Michel: I spoke with Vucic about Serbia's path to the EU, the growth plan will speed up integration

President of the European Council Charles Michel announced that he discussed Serbia's path to the European Union with President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic adding that a growth plan will accelerate integration.

"The new momentum in EU enlargement process provides an opportunity for Serbia and the Western Balkans to advance, while the Growth Plan will speed up the integration," Michel posted on X, explaining that he had a call with Vucic.
He added that, "time to act is now," and, that the region's future "is in the EU."
