An unusual case happened today at Belgrade's Nikola Tesla airport when a security guard mistakenly allowed a car driven by S.S. onto a runway, Telegraf.rs has learned.

S.S. got there without authorization, in a car that resembles an official airport vehicle, and after driving on the runway for a while, escaped the scene.
He managed to flee almost to Serbia's border with Bosnia and Herzegovina, but was caught and arrested by the police.
The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade ordered S.S. to be kept in police custody for up to 48 hours, on suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of endangering the safety of air traffic, under Article 291.
The security guard has also been arrested.
