59-year-old Z.C.,who stopped all traffic on the Ibar highway this morning at half past eight when he got out of his car and started threatning he would kill himself with a gun, has surrendered, says our reporter at the scene.

The man came out of his car repair shop this morning, stopped in the middle of the road and pointed a gun to his temple.
He was then surrounded by special police forces, and eventually put the gun down after talking to a woman who is believed to be a MUP negotiator.
On several occasions during the exchange, he was heard mentioning a "problem with public bailiffs".
It is not known at this time what his demands were.
Local people who know him say that he is "a hard-working entrepreneur".
