Vulin was invited by Secretary of the Russian Security Council Sergei Shoigu.
Vulin is expected to have numerous meetings with high-ranking security officials from around the world.
Over 150 countries from the Global East and South have been invited to attend the gathering in Moscow, including from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
This year's forum in Moscow will be held from May 27 to 29, chaired by Sergei Shoigu, and the participants will discuss issues related to international cooperation in the field of security.
