The hottest days this week will be Wednesday and Thursday, with maximum temperatures over 35 degrees Celsius, on Thursday close to 40 degrees in some areas.
On Thursday evening in the north-west, and on Friday also in other areas, a cold front accompanied by strong north-west wind will bring showers with thunder in some places, while thunderstorms are also possible.
It will be much more pleasant on Friday and during the weekend, with temperatures around 30 degrees.
Don't be fooled by this, however, because it will be short-lived and the temperatures will rise again to between 35 and 40 degrees by the middle of next week.
