That is 43 percent of the country's GDP, the Ministry of Finance announced on Tuesday.
Compared to the month before, both the debt and its GDP share decreased, the ministry said.
At the end of August Serbia's public debt amounted to 38.23 billion euros, which was a 43.1 percent share in GDP.
